Xmas eve sale haul!!!!

How good is this! (Excuse lack of formatting I'm updating from my mobile) ordered Sunday night at 9pm and it's Tuesday aka Xmas eve and all my mandmdierect sale stuff is already here!!! If you've never been on the website I'd check them out 

Firstly classic short ugg boots, in a dark blue! I snapped these up reduced from £109 to £69! M&m are also the only outlet authorised to sell uggs at a discount price. So well worth a check out if your after a new pair. 

Secondly these jumpers/cardi is from crew clothing reduced to £22 each from £60 one I'd in grey and one is in wine red also this polo shirt for £10 reduced from £40!!!!this randomly had a tkmaxx label on it so you now know where m&m must get their sale stock!

AMERICAN candigirl beauty box December -review-

Please note this box is designed for children. When you subscribe to this box you fill in a survey with your child's likes/ dislikes (my child's profile? 5 years old, likes make up, hello kitty and hasn't got pierced ears) the box is also personalised with your child's name, which is a lovely touch.

Nails inc Xmas crackers

So on ASOS the nails inc cracker set is proper bargain us at the mo ££22 for £69 worth of nail polish. below i have copied the list of what polishes you get here as i'm too lazy to read them all. *sortry guys this is now sold out* Each cracker also comes with a cute fashion quote instead of a joke!

I chose these because not only were they a bargain, but you get a good range of effects/ shades in this set that i wouldn't normally have bought.

This is such a pretty polish in the bottle,  but it's horrid to apply as it's so sloppy and hard to get right.

it has a kind of tinsil effect which is super pretty. but is so hard to work right without it looking like the glitter fairy has taken a poo on your nails. these retail for about £10 each i think. 

Christmas swap with Deanne!

so I've recently done a beauty Xmas swap with the lovely Deanne @ http://daydreamsanddee.blogspot.co.uk/ , i think our budget was £20, but i can see Deanne went way over budget! I can't remember what i got her in return as i literally have the memory of a half decomposed ant eater, but hopefully she shall be doing a swap post as well =D so onto the pictures! please excuse the quality, for some reason i cannot take a half decent photo on my iPhone these days.

First pics, some gorgeous temporary tattoos, which i will be using ASAP, i love temporary tattoos as i'm a big child :P And some sachets/ face masks and things that look good in the photo together. I'm really excited to try the 11Skin face mask , as i haven't tried anything from them apart from their serum.

Make up related bits are in the picture below, the nail polish is such a gorgeous purple colour!, and yay another balmi..I love balmis, also some lovely primark false nails, which i use everyday as my own nails are so short!

all sorts of lovely body & hair bits & a stocking. the set comes in a  little plastic bath which i find a lot cooler than i possibly should! also some soap and glory stuffs. I absolutely adore S&G!

Today in body shop I got a mask, which was a bit depressing as it was the biggest window in the whole calender. In boots I got a nail polish by seventeen

Today I got some decent sized bits. Although I've previously recieved the Vichy in a glossy box ( twice actually!)

Today I got a scrunchie from boots and a shower cream from body shop 

5th December advents

Today in boots I got one of their 2 in onelip and cheek tints, which ive used before, but this one is a shimmery shade and very nice. and in boots a rimmel foundation sample 

4th December advents!

In body shop I got some white musk body lotion

In boots I got a Nina Ricci perfume sample :( 

Urban decay ZODIAC eyeshadow with swatches!

This I got a while ago in the British beauty blogger box and it's a pig to photo, but it is such a gorgeous shimmery shade. I was so excited to get this as i've never tried anything from urban decay before.

 It's a beautiful green/black glitter shade 
it has a really nice texture for a glitter eyeshadow =] 

December 3rd advent calander with nail swatch!

Mavala London Polish in London.

From body shop I got a gingerbread soap.  this is a bit sneaky imo as im sure they dont actually sell thi size soaps on their own as its very small, about a hotel soap size? however I've never smelt anything from the gingerbread range before and it smells very Christmassy 

And from boots I got a mavala nail polish in Shade 53 London which is a bright red these retail for about £4 i believe. i cant find this shade online anywhere other than here  if you fancied buying it. 

December 2nd advents

Today was lip balm day!

 From body shop another in the strawberry range, these retail for about £3 i believe, and are so handy to put in your bag! 

From boots a coconut balmi- I recieved a round one of these in a beauty box before and i love them. their slightly different to most lip balms, as you apply them out of the case, rather than with your finger. i think these retail for about £3.99 

December 1st- boots and body shop advent calendar

So this year my beauty calenders of choice were the body shop one, which retails at £55, but you can always get 50% off codes for the body shop. i think i payed £30 for mine with a code, which is a great deal as it contains £80 worth of products. It is also a great way to try out new products as well. NEWS FLASH this has completely sold out.

And the boots calendar which i think was £30 and has all sorts of goodies in from both own brands and other brands boots stock. *edit this has also sold out on the boots.com website* 

Looking back i think i chose wisely, as usually the lower price ones don't sell out. I know every year within hours the selfridges ones sell out, but usually the lesser price ones stay around for a while.

Today I received a strawberry body shop shower gel.

And a soap and glory body wash :) I've used the strawberry range before and it is gorgeous, however never tried the sag before so will look forward to using :)  

Henry holland tweed nails

These are by the Henry holland range for elegant touch nails. which i think are £8 in the shops. I bought mine from asos.com , who do 10% student discount on everything in store.

i think these are limited edition, so may not be around for long. 

Elegant touch little mix nail wraps NOTD

Pretty nail wraps Rrp £7 received in miss glossy box this month. These are by elegant touch, Designed by Little Mix. thee are apparently available from boots and superdrug.

I've never been a massive fan of wraps but these are quite nice.

when i put wraps on, i lways put them over false nails. does anyone else do this?

ASOS now sell jack wills!

yayness, i've just noticed that one of he new brands that online retailer ASOS sell is the lovely Jack Wills. Now jack wills is one of these brands that seem to stir up some contriversy, in the fact their target market is primarily posh upper-middleclass ''uni types''. Strangly enough thouygh it is one of these labels without fail you see knocked up on every knock off market stall. In fact it is a very chavvy brand these days, with some right riff-raff wearing jack wills hoodies.

So why do i like this brand then? as i fall in neither of the above catogries. Quite simply, i love the simple countryside elegance of their heritage pieces, its all brogues, tweed and simple basics which i love.  For example the Phesant jumper below, it ooses country charm. At £90 its not cheap but it looks lovely. 

Mememe enchanting NOTD

This is a very dark black/blue colour that i picked up in £1 shop, when they were doing mememe polishes. I picked up a range of these as they usually retail for i think £6.99. admittadly a lot of these are slightly wierd colours.

The one thing i love about Mememe colours, is they have a slightly different brush to other nail polishes, which i find applys the polish so well! In fact, ive never used a better brush for nail polishes.

Sexy new iPad case!

So as everyone knows I have a massive soft spot  for everything westwood! And especially the signature orb print, which is so classy. 

 now with a bit of code ninjaing, i managed to get this beauty reduced from £60 to £51 on ASOS, using the 15% off code i've posted below.  apparently this is a Men's ipad case, but never mind, i loves it so much! its so prettyyyy

NOTD opi can't let go

Liquid sand :) mariah Carey collection. The shade is called ''cant let go'' and its a deep purple shade.  This is a bugger to dry, i deffo need to redo as one of my nails smudged, 10 mins after applying. 

 i actually love it as special effects polish go (in general i hate special effects polish)it applys nicely over a base coat (i use rimmel in a nudey colour for a base coat)this is my first liquid sand polish too. I think i will buy another colour in the liquid sand range in the future.

Nail of the day ; 2true sparkle

i got this in the miss glossybox a long time ago but its one of thopse polishes that i never even seem to look at, so i thought id give it a go! it seems to chip a bit though, which is a shame, but is sper duper sparkle tastic.

Today's mini haul;; primark/tkmaxx

so today whilst on holiday i went to norwich, and really had to hold myself back as there are so many yummy shops there to buy from! 

I went in Looctaine but sadly didnt find anything to buy, and tk maxx was poor bt i came out with a new watch by 'Jules and Julien' which i believe is an american make? 

Primark had a few bargains (mostly in the kids section) where i picked up a necklace and some bling headphones. a set of £1 falsies, and a drinks cup. 

If you havent tried primark false nails id reccomend them, their cheap and cheerful and oly last about 3-5 days, but they do some really cute designs.
