Ren bb cream review!

i was sent a sample of the ren BB cream to review, and i must say that as soon as i swatched it on my hand i thought ''blooody hell this is bright orange'' so i wasnt holding much hope. but when i put it on my face the orangeness dissapeared. Another thing i loved about this product was the gorgeous smell that it has.

the full size of this product retails at £26. which i think is a bit steep for a bb cream (i pay about £6 for my current brand)

Illamasqua Sale haul!

So illamasque were doing a up to 75% off sale, so obviously i had to check it out. The biggest bargain by far (which sold out seconds after i bought it) was this set of 4 full sized polishes RRP; £54.99 for a barginus £15 the set! and the other two were also on offer for £15 the pair.

Im a massive fan of these polishes, as they are so creative with the shimmery tones, ive never had a bad polish from illamasqua

here ive just tested a few of the shades out, such lovely unusual shades.!

SUPER HAUL *Boohoo & Mela Loves London*

Today i got my Boohoo.com order; I ordered two bits from the boutique section of their online store. the skirt has so many different textures. Skirt is £25 and available HERE in sizes 8 - 14.  For some reason i cannot find the jacket any more but i think it was £35.

Boohoo is now my go to for high street priced clothes with a quirky edge; I dont see them very often on people on the high street, which shocks me as their a brand name i know very well.

And a dress from Mela Loves London; This was off their ebay outlet. *warning if you buy from them* they do occasionally send you completely the wrong colour product and expect you to pay return postage which usually costs half the item cost. Ive had no end of problem with them when i ordered a pale pink coat and got a dark brown one.

and my final postal pressie to myself? 2 necklaces. Both of these cost me 99p each including postage from ebay. BARGAIN.

REN SKINCARE super bargain

So ren skincare are doing a fab deal at the moment. Buy ANY item off their site and get 4 free sample travel tubes + free postage.

I chose the Conditioner which is one of the cheaper options, and you get 10% off your first order too :) I'm a massive fan of FGWP (free gift with purchace) as it often gives you a chance to try new items.
these have gone away in my holiday box *i have a pact that every non essentual beauty item i buy from now on will be kept for my winter holiday*

Now to get something for nothing writing reviews online...

So for a while i've been writing reviews and joining market reserch panels; One which i'm a member of im not aloud to state the name due to privacy, but in the last 6 months ive recieved; a M&S Day cream (worth £9.50) a lipstick and some dry skin balm. A lot of these products are in the final stages of testing, So you can have the smug feeling that youve helpd finalise a product. Also these items come in non branded packaging, so you have to do some super sluthing to find out what the items your tesing are.

You have to be quick though as spaces for these trials fill up super fast! Also some of these companys offer cash insentives. Google market reserch companies to find out more.

Total value of freebies; £20ish

Also another site im on is called Bzzagent; where they send you products in return for buzzing about them ie; promoting the product on social media ect/ writing reviews on websites such as amazon; So far i have received £14 of cheese vouchers in Tesco, £39.99 veet waxing kit, £8 of deodorant, Lambrini and mascara £6 value, Azera coffee £4 , ribena £3 and probably some more i can't remember. Also nearly every activity rewards Tesco's club card points, which are credited quarterly.

another brilliant thing about bzzagent is in every pack you get money off vouchers to hand out to your friends.

Total value of freebies; about £100

I'm also a lovehoney Sex toy tester, where I've received luxury items such as underwear and sex toys for free in exchange for unbiased reviews. I consider myself a right gobby mare, So review writing is one of my strong points; Just this month i have recieved a rene rolf body (rrp £24.99) ,escate underwear (rrp £34.99) pamala mann tights (rrp £9.99), a we vibe vibrator (worth a whopping £95!) also a cock ring, and 2 penis strokers that they do not yet stock (sample products)

obviously this doesn't float everyone's boat. As a formal underwear model, i appreciate that i am very outspoken and used to talking to the whole of humanity about my underwear.

thats a whopping £200 ish this month!

so thats £300 + of free household & luxuary items, just by spending a few minuites online.

First attempt at leapord print nails.

So  my phone for some reason is uploading my lovely images into really pixelated urghbag images. -major sulkage- but not bad for a first try. I used OPI; the pink from the euro collection (sorry forgot the name) and Ciate cookies and cream *which was free with marie claire magazine this month*

LATEST IN BEAUTY; GLAMOUR MAG BOX

now ive been away from the world of beauty boxes for a while; however ive always had a soft spot for latest in beauty, as you always get super value for money. Their boxes are usually around the £15 mark.

A couple of the items in this box are ''free sample sizes'' the Ginvera marvel gel (which is a beauty box faverite, i think i have got it from both glossybox and jolie box before) is availible free in this size from their website

and the benifit porefessional, is apparently the size that you can pick up as a sample from one of their in store counters. However i have never tried this product so was happy to get it.

The full size revlon polish was a lovely treat, as well as the stilla lip glaze. And the liquid eyeliner was something ive never tried before. and the vintage cosmetic company tweezers are lovely (i have 2 pairs of these now.

The false lashes will be regifted, as im not a lash lover.

BUT STILL A CAN OF DRY SHAMPOO SNUCK IN. ARGH KILL IT. KIILL IT.

You can buy your box here:www.latestinbeauty.com/glamour

Gousto Review.

So as many people know that read my blog (if anyone actually does) i am usually a customer of food delivery service Hello Fresh. But after being swayed with a 50% off code for my first box, i'd try rival ''gousto'' if anyone wants to try this service the code i think is WARMWELCOME.

At full price this box is £42 for 2 persons for 3 dinners.

the first thing i noticed with this box, is theres barely anything here! even my dad said he's used to my hello fresh food taking up the whole fridge, and gousto seems to be a lot smaller. Infact as i eat very small portions, there is no way in hell i could make this gousto box last the 6 meals (only one of me) that their rivals 3 meal box does.

Pros;
Clearly labeled ingredients.
Meat being in a seperate section of the box.
Free drinks. *maybe a first time perk? no note*
high quality ingredients.

Cons;
Very small portions.
Not much here
Expensive compaired to rivals. (hello fresh £39, gousto £42)

Asparagas and bacon with button mushrooms; meal 1; this is apparently enough to feed 2! Im not sure what mice this could feed 2 of, but not humans. -their should be potates with this 2 new potatos each, but i swapped them for a bowl of rice out my store cupboard *not pictured*

I was left feeling starving, even after eating 2 peoples worth apparently!

Gorgonzola, walnut & cramberry pasta; *i have added bacon & mushrooms & asparagus to this* again this is meant to feed 2 people :S i am not a massive lover of pasta however i thought id try this dish as it sounded lovely, the flavrs were good (needed a shake of black pepper) but again not enough for 2 people!! again half an hour later still hungry :(

RIGHT GUARD XTREME INVISIBLE Review

I recieved 2 cans of right guard xtreme invisible, through bzzagent, a online site which sends you free products in exchange for ''bzzing'' about them. As well as usually some discount vouchers to hand out to your friends, so they can try the product at a reduced price.

So my opinions of the new right guard?

It had a nice fresh scent, Did not stain that much , was smartly packaged in a girly (but not overly, black and pink container)and seemed to work well all day. Not much else to say really.

Would i Buy it again?

I would buy this product again, however i was not as impressed with it as i was with the Vaseline deodorant i was sent by Bzz a while ago. In general im one of those consumers who just pick up whatever deodrant is on special offer, price is a big factor for me (as i find a lot of store own brands are just as good) And at £3.49 or however much this was in tesco, by where i live, its just too pricy.

No7 extreme length mascara -review

So recently i've been buying way too much make up, but i got this mascara free in one of no7's really great ''spend £15 and get £25 worth of mini products in a nice bag free'' that they always tempt me with. Especially as i love their lipsticks and usually in your bag of freebies you alwways get a full sized lipstick.

Here is a picture of my eye after application. as you can see, i look like i have quite long lashes here.
The full size of this mascara however is a bit steep cost wise (£12)i view no7 as a store own brand so i would never pay £12 for a store own mascara. However was quite impressed with the results.

Another good thing about this mascara is like all of no7s range, it is hypoallergenic  It has recently been repackaged; before was in a gold pot, and i must say i do like the dark blue more.

This mascara is made in Thailand.

Shortlist;
Pro; Lengthens Lashes, Doesn't clump.
Con; Price.

NOTD 120 revlon hushed blush

Hushed blush is a shade ive had kicking around for a while but never got round to using. Its a natural shimmery shade.  Revlon polishes are something i quite often snap up as i frequently find them in the £1 store, or on sale racks, and their very good value- however their darker shades rather stain!
